In accordance with Law electricity and natural gas no.123 / 2012, SC SEMA PARC SA has obtained the license no. 1995 / 04.21.2015 for the activity of natural gas supply.
Also, by ANRE Order no.16 / 03.23.2015 Framework was approved procedure obligation gas suppliers for complaints end clients. To file certain complaints related to the supply of natural gas Sema customers can contact customer service Sema Parc SA.
