Firms prefer spaces in industrial parks and business centers
Real estate consultants must adapt to the new preference of companies for more than a year, mainly rented office space in industrial parks and business centers at the expense of the villas. Last year, three quarters of companies have preferred to pay a chirier in such a space, and the value paid by the companies were maintained at a similar level to last year.
In 2011 rents were generally maintained at a similar level to 2010, with slight adjustments 5-10% at a limited number of projects or areas.
